First I met a recruiter and then Sales VP and HR VP. Whole process took 2 weeks. My background experience did not meet the job requirements, I realized this fact at the end of the process.
I think that recruiter should have inform me better at the beginning, which would save tine for both parties.

Direct, relative questioning on experience and fit for role. Clear timelines for feedback shared. Interviewer also requested feedback and probable resumption period. Tempo of interview was casual and relaxing. Good conversation generally.

It was a 2-step interview with both the hiring manager and another peer in the broader team, but not reporting to the same manager. This was in addition to the usual submissions. It wasn’t particularly complicated.
