Nice director but seemed aloof and that she predetermined she would not hire me. She cancelled my interviews both rounds and rescheduled, asked me to drive in person, and then it didn’t look like they hired anyone for the role, I guess because there wasn’t a class or something.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked about my background and what I would teach to the group. I had to ask questions about the classes because it doesn’t actually have anything to do with acting or playwriting or real clinical intervention, but they claim to somehow vicariously provide expertise in all. The director didn’t have good follow ups to my questions about lessons or expectations other than the program is unique and I wouldn’t be able to imagine this particular population. Ultimately feel like God helped he out here

Poor communication all around in their hiring processes and asked for references and proceeded to give two different dates with when would hear about a offer or not and received no further communication. Pay was kind of eh
