Interview
The interview was a phone interview, followed by an in person interview. I was not selected for the in person interview, so this post is in regard to the phone interview. 3 employers were on the conference call with me, and were all very polite and friendly. Questions were fair, but the interview was fairly long (1 hour), and it became difficult to understand questions towards the end of the interview.
Overall a pleasant experience, although I prefer face-to-face interviews as it makes it much easier to explain technical answers to the interviewers. It is hard to know if the interviewers are understanding the answers without visual feedback
