Interview

Two interviews with HR and then supervisor of department for final interview. Very standard questions with HR and then supervisor of department. They described company culture and expectations very clearly throughout interview process.

Interviewers were two attorneys and they were very friendly and easy to talk to. I can't really complain but they did ask some pretty pointed questions about experience. Seem very much on taking their time and finding the right person for the job.

I was offered a position directly from HR as a result of working for them on a contract assignment. The attorney and legal assistant I worked with were impressed with my work ethic, my attention to detail, my computer knowledge, and how I fit in with the firm.

I wouldn't say there was a difficult or unexpected question. We had a straightforward discussion in which the HR rep expressed the desire to hire me based on how I had performed in the contract assignment. We discussed salary requirements and when I could start.
