I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bark Social
Interview
Interviewer was cordial, friendly, and transparent which I did really appreciate. Similar to a previous review, explained that the role was going to require a large amount of work including traveling to all East Coast locations on a regular basis. When I asked about travel and unlimited pto usage, it was downplayed. At the end of the interview, I was asked to send my portfolio, a list of pages and campaigns/photoshoots I've led, and a photo of how I stay organized (gathering this supplemental documentation required a few hours on my part). Was ghosted after the interview and emailing my follow-up documents, which I really didn't appreciate. I'm guessing that they were inferring that I wouldn't want the job for the workload and pay they were offering.
TLDR: +Friendly and very transparent about the role, which is rare to find these days
- Required additional documentation of work and then got ghosted

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bark Social in Jul 2021
Interview
Interviewer missed the initial interview time and explained how this position would need a large amount of work for a barely livable salary in the DC metro area. When asked about how they would handle employees feeling burnout they gave a non-response which seemed like they do not really care.
