The interview was friendly but had serious questions on how to approach corporate financial analyst and what ratios to use. The questions were pretty standard and some were more focused on personality to see if I would fit in the team.

One call with the HR and one video call with the hiring manager, easy questions, it was really about my experiences, my weaknesses and my strenghts, nothing too difficult , it was straight forward

Did not go through formal interview as I was promoted internally. When going through HR, no difficult or technical questions were asked. Only what were your goals and education and what you would like to do.
