Ballast Point Brewing & Spirits interview questions

Did not take process seriously or provide a fair assessment of things they asked for throughout the process. Was asked to provide supplemental material as a test that they ultimately did not even look at. If they are not even going to look at the materials that they asked for, why are they even asking for it in the first place?

Manager was very friendly and answered all of my questions. Interview felt relaxed but not informal. Explained extensive benefits - health, medical. 401k, offered by BP and parent company. Very clear their staff take understanding craft beer seriously.
