Baldwins Accountants interview questions

Staff were very nice, however, the questions in the 'test' were ridiculous and a very big waste of time. I felt like the questions had nothing to do with the job and didn't reflect my abilities at all. A lot of simple math (about 20 questions) and six pages of words, where I was asked to write the meanings in front of them...

I applied for a job and heard back the next day the interview was booked for a few days after. I arrived a few minutes early and had a question based interview with two members of staff, talking through experience and what software I had used then a small test, one person then returned and talked through company benefits and salary expectations. I was then called the following day and offered a job.
