I received a LinkedIn in-mail requesting an interview. After a few back and forths and one last minute reschedule, finally got the Teams interview. The HR contact preferred to communicate via in mail other than the Teams invite. The recruiter seemed very distant saying that this was a confidential search and promised to send me the JD. It was hard to prepare for the interview without the JD and I asked for it at our interview closing. She never did. Beware of this type of HR interviewer.
