i submitted my resume and a month later they emailed me for a phone call interview on the same day. After i replied the email then they called me and interview on the phone. Then if they think you are okay, they will proceed with virtual interview.

Question 1
tell me about yourself, what do you know about baker tilly, what do you know about this department.
Straightforward application process: submitted online then received a quick phone screen. Had one virtual interview split; 15-minute call with a Senior Manager vs 20-minutes with a Senior Associate. Mainly behavioral questions
You would schedule a meeting with the recruiter and then have a phone screening. If you make it through you’d be invited into second round of interviews with Baker Tilly.
