The process went smoothly. I was recruited through a on-campus job fair. There were two rounds of the interviews, both were over Zoom. The first was just one 20-minute interview, and the second was two back-to-back 30-minute interviews. Everyone I interviewed with made me feel very comfortable and the interviews were relatively conversational. The questions were mostly behavioral. They weren't difficult but definitely required some decent preparation. They want you to do well, for some of the broader questions, they helped me narrow them down. Come with a lot of questions, as they left a decent amount of time for that (~10-12 min). Everyone I spoke to had great things to say about the company and had good answers to questions that I asked. The recruiter I worked with was so kind, energetic, and friendly. She called me after both rounds of interviews and I appreciated her energy.
