Applied for the 2018 Summer Leadership Program. Program consisted of two days. First day was an office tour and meetings with some of the staff from audit and tax. Second day consisted of two back to back interviews with a Senior Manager and a Director. Both days were very casual, just there for them to get to know you and you to get to know them. Not stressful at all.
