It took 3 weeks to receive the call from HR. It was a one-to-one interview.
I was required to write an essay about myself. Also, There was a math testing and IQ testing.
The whole process took me one hour.
A week later, I received a call from HR for the job offer.
Erst CV grob durchgegangen, dann personal fit und warum die Brand und dann noch Kenntnisse abgefragt mit technischen Fragen. Am Ende gab es dann noch zeit für Rückfragen und die mündliche Zusage.

You need to prepare some basic accounting knowledge before the interview and try to sell yourself as uniquely as possible. The interviewer also are quite understandable if you have problems during the zoom meeting
