I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Baker McKenzie (London, England) in Jun 2020
Interview
First part is the written application - involves a cover letter and three individual questions.
Second stage is the Watson Glaser test. Then the third stage is the video interview. A pre-recorded question is asked, you have 45 seconds to prepare and then 90 seconds to answer. You cannot review and the recordings are automatically sent. However, you do have to click 'next' between each question so get a little more time to compose yourself.

It was a virtual interview. I first submitted an application online, they then sent me a watson glaser test. The next step was a video interview. They asked five questions.

I applied online. I interviewed at Baker McKenzie (London, England) in Feb 2021
Interview
Got a virtual interview. Questions were generally alright.
Be sure to submit your virtual interview the moment you get it. I asked for an extension because I was sick with COVID-19 and it took them two years to reject me (more or less)

Question 1
What distinguishes Baker McKenzie from other firms?
Interned previously with them. Interview process was quick and simple - just one interview with 2 partners and 1 HR personnel. Was a pleasant, conversational interview where the aim was for the partners to get to know you.
