Met with HR who wasn't really focused or paying attention to what the candidate was saying - would keep asking the same questions over and over again despite having had covered extensive grounds on the subject matter during the session. Was supposed to do a writing test on the day but HR said the writing test was not ready. Could've informed the candidate the day before, instead of wasting the candidate's day off with a short 20 minute conversation even though HR specifically asked for the candidate to reserve 3 hours to accommodate the full set of rounds and assignments.
