Straight forward, honest, one of my most fond interviews, Bill is a Classic gentlemen and is a great leader/manager if you interview be honest and forthcoming build a relationship ask questions, Bill wants to get to know you and share he's old school, if you are an idiot and do non-competent things and misplace trust you'll fail yourself out.
