Bain Capability Network (BCN) is one of the offices of Bain & Company in India, located in Gurgaon. They recently visited our campus, offering a 6-month internship with the possibility of a performance-based pre-placement offer (PPO). The opportunity was open to students from all branches, and around 1,200 applicants participated in the recruitment process.

I was asked to think of a business and determine its burn rate, top line, and bottom line, similar to a pitch on Shark Tank. The interview also included some situational questions.

Had guestimation and case study round. Both the rounds were quite easy. Interviewer was chill. Questions were asked based on Microsoft apps like word, excel. Other quality based questions were also asked. This is for internship role
