There were two rounds, both of which consisted of two case interviews. The first round was only an hour, with almost complete focus on the cases. The final was a bit more behavioral, but still had a strong emphasis on cases that were slightly more difficult to navigate than the first round.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Bain & Company (New Delhi)
Interview
Easy; just go with the flow and answer questions as they are. Study guesstimates and case studies properly. It should be okay then. All the best! Conquer it. Thats my advice.
I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bain & Company (New York, NY) in Sep 2016
Interview
Through on campus recruiting. First round was two 30 minute interviews, second round was two 45 minute interview (both took place on campus but I know some where they traveled to the office). Not many behavioral questions other than "why Bain" and "why consulting" and focused a lot on the cases.
