I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Bain & Company (Chicago, IL) in Sep 2018
Interview
It was a long process, meeting with several people. Most of the people were really friendly, but it was hard to feel comfortable. You are kept in a small room while they rotate through different interviewers. All the employees had very positive things to say about the company.

Interview
Proceso ligeramente tardado, pero vale 100% la pena. Pasas múltiples filtros a lo largo de 2 o 3 meses, la última es presencial en Arcos Bosques.
En caso de aceptar oferta te dan un periodo de adaptación
The interview process consisted of several stages.
First, there was a short screening call with a recruiter, where we discussed my background, motivation, and basic fit for the role.
The final stage was a longer interview with several hiring managers. It included questions about my previous experience, organizational and communication skills, as well as behavioral questions. Part of the interview was conducted in German to assess language proficiency.
Overall, the process was well-structured, professional, and focused on both motivation and practical skills.
