Campus Recruitment Program
There were 4 rounds as follows: -
1) CV Shortlisting: Over 500 students applied, out of which 30 CVs were shortlisted.
2) Written Round: Non-eliminative written test comprising of DI questions and executive case summary. Fairly easy difficulty.
3) Guesstimation Interview: 30 minute one on one interview comprising of a market-sizing/guesstimation problem and basic HR questions. 11 students shortlisted for the final round.
4) Case Interview: 40-45 minutes one on one case interview. 6 students received the offer.
