einzelgespräch mit mitarbeiterin. sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, lebenslauf wurde besprochen, woher man bain kennt, vorherige arbeitserfahrung war für den arbeitgeber sehr wichtig, ebenso motivation und ein ordentliches äußeres erscheinungsbild. Noten waren bis zu diesem Bewerbungsschritt noch nicht relevant. Ansonsten sehr nette mitarbeiter, tolles Büro, sehr international orientiert. tolle arbeitsatmosphere, für studenten ideal, um auf wissensstand aufzubauen
1st Round: 2 interviews (in each case case interviews with a rather smaller personal fit part). 2nd Round: 2 interviews (1 case interview with a somewhat more extensive PF part; 1 interview with a partner, which the partner can structure as desired, from a new case to a joint discussion of the offer). In the second round, therefore, the first interview is the primarily decisive one.

The process happened via campus recruiting. Nice atmosphere throughout the whole process. Interview was a 1 round face to face interview with typical brain teasers. Can recommend it to students who want to gain first insights into consulting.
