I have successfully completed all four initial steps and am now down to the final stage. I was informed that they are still in the selection process, but I haven't heard back since. I followed up to inquire about the status of my application, but unfortunately, I haven't received a response.

The interview included a 3-day unpaid training program, which was fortunately online, but had to be conducted live. You're also required to submit your references even though you haven't been hired yet, and they were quite adamant about bugging your references to make time for a personal phone call from them, which was something I personally found inconsiderate.
