Ghosted in the middle of the interview process.
Bactobio, fix your internal processes to at least have some decency to reject candidates instead of ghosting them.
Rounds:
1. Introductory call with Hiring Manager ( 30 minutes )
2. Python coding test ( 60 minutes )
3. On-site interview
Tough but rewarding. The wider team are very academic so they try to keep a high barrier to entry which was evident by their process.
