I applied in-person. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Backbase (Amsterdam) in Nov 2022
Interview
The interview process contained 4 steps: 1. Screening interview with a recruiter. It was very insightful even with some technical details 2. Interview with the Engineering team. It was mostly about the experience and a very productive discussion about current processes in the company 3. Interview with the Product team. A lot of insides about collaboration between product and engineering, goal setting, etc. 4. Case study. I received a case study and was asked to prepare a 20 minutes presentation about the case and my ideas for possible solutions. With the in-person representation in the office, I could ask my questions to more people in person. After each step, I received very good and structured feedback. Overall experience was excellent. I can recommend to everyone to try this process with Backbase

Interview
I have been giving leadership interviews and I must say, Backbase has really followed all standards throughout the process. And complete process was candidate supportive and having positive intent of hiring. On top of that I never felt, I am not part of Backbase in this interview process. So kudos to complete team, who has in-visioned and crafted this inclusive and respectful experience.
