They were pretty quick on responding for the 1st round of interviews. But the worst part was the interview was AI-based may be due to Covid Situation. Anyways, my interview didn't go well as I am a bit sensitive towards video interviews like this. They did the interview through the Jobatar app. Other than that I only got 25 seconds to prepare the answers in front of the AI interview which I felt was ridiculous. I really like the recruiter though, she gave me a very prompt reply to each of my emails. Honestly, I don't understand when they have options of taking video interview, why was the need for AI-based interview for the position of Office Administrator. Eliminating good candidates through this technology is so bias and makes no sense.
