I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BTU International (Billerica, MA) in Dec 2021
Interview
The interview process was pretty straight forward: HR phone screen, video call with hiring manager, site tour, video call with GM and Marketing. Poor communication during most of the process. They made me an offer via voicemail and email to only ask me to call the next day and say the GM would not sign off on the offer and then wanted to talk about a lower number.
Interviewed for an entry level ME position. Interview took about 3-4 hours; met with HR; Director of Engineering; Sr. Mechanical Engineer. The interview itself went well, but the Sr. ME gave me a heat transfer problem to solve with not enough info to solve it.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at BTU International (North Billerica, MA) in Jan 2013
Interview
