Interview
The chief engineer in the company gave me an interview. Basically went through my engineering experience and background, ask questions about how much you know about the industry. He gave a complete introduction on the company's projects and business fields and what I will be doing if I am hired.
A really nice and professional engineer, you will learn a lot about the company and industry during interview process.
