      Market Planning Analyst Interview

      Jan 31, 2022
      Anonymous employee
      Sydney
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at BRP (Sydney) in Apr 2018

      Interview

There are 2-3 interviews, that are unnecessary/redundant. It shows the big bureuacracy that is lived in the Company. Interview questions depend on the person/personality of the interviewer, there is no standard method. They will start with asking technical questions of a specific topic your position is related to, followed by a second interview focused in soft skills, followed by a third interview with HR / Director. I don't feel that my proper skills where tested during the interview and that the questions were not necessary the best.
