Applied on Indeed and only needed to submitted my resume. Then had a phone interview a month later with a recruiter based in New York. After the phone interview, they called me in for a face-to-face interview at the Chicago office. After taking a media math and writing assessment (not too difficult) I interviewed with two media planners and an associate director, which was pretty laid back for the most part. About two weeks later they told me I got the position.

I had a phone interview with an HR representative which was pretty short and average. I then received an email 2 weeks later to come in for a face-to-face interview with the team. I interviewed with one woman in person and another one on the phone while I was in the office. I also took a math assessment. I followed up via email after hearing nothing and was told I would hear something within the week. I then followed up once more after hearing nothing and was never given a response. I thought everything went very well and was surprised not to hear anything back. The response time with HR was slow in general but after having an office interview I expected to hear something no matter the outcome.
