Phone interview, then in person interview, received an offer two days later. During the in person interview, the questions they asked were pretty easy to answer with some practice beforehand.

Question 1
How would you deal with a donor who asks you to lie about their screening results?
Once you submit an application, you wait to hear back from one of the center managers who will then conduct a one on one interview with you in a private office. After the interview, I think it could take up to two weeks to hear a final decision back if hearing back after submitting the initial application beyond a week and a half to two weeks it doesn’t hurt to go up to the center when it’s not busy and introduce yourself
