I applied online thru jobstreet got a text after a week for interview and examination. There were more than 30 applicants when I came. First is that you will put your application details in the computer and wait for your name to be called. The process is different for each interviewee. Some had took exam first and some have interview first. For me, i had interview first. If you pass they will tell you to wait to take the exam. Luckily I passed. Then i took online exam mostly situational and more on attitude test (some took ppt consumed of math, english, logic). After few minutes, i was told that i passed and handed out an employment form to be filled out and that they will call me after a week or two for final interview. Im still waiting for them to contact me. I hope they call soon.
