Interview
The interview process for me consisted of a few screening interviews with a final 3-round interview in their office. The final interview had 3 different people that had a similar background or experience to me in different groups and positions in the company. It really made me feel like they were intentional in hand-picking people that could relate to you, offer great advice, and screen you in the process.
Nothing but the best professional from the BOKF HR team, they always communicated early and often. One of if not the best put together/professional interview cycles I have been through.

Why are you interested in commercial banking compared to our other offerings?

Interview
Was contacted about a week after the online application to do a video interview. Didn't hear back from the recruiter once I completed it so I reached out to her and never received a response. I believe once initial contact has been made with a recruiter, following up as to whether or not they are interested is standard. It's been over a month and still nothing. I find it very rude and unprofessional.
