Interview
The interview process was straightforward enough, you do a tour of the office before starting. They also disclose conditions of employment, rules about taking your holidays and how to get the 'bonus' payment that was listed as part of the wage.

Question 1
They asked me to role-play a sales call between myself and the interviewer, the interviewer was the client and you had to gather specific information about the 'client' by the end of the call.
Además, el beneficio del "desayuno gratuito" destacado durante el reclutamiento es inaccesible para empleados con turnos de tarde (como el turno de 14:00 discutido para mi puesto), lo que plantea dudas sobre la distribución equitativa de las ventajas anunciadas entre empleados con diferentes horarios. Sentí que había beneficios, pero no estoy segura de cuán accesibles son, ya que el turno es durante la tarde hasta última hora de la tarde, como clases gratuitas de español, etc. Simplemente veo que siguen vendiendo ventajas que potencialmente podrías obtener debido a tu turno, entonces, ¿por qué intentar venderlas?

Interview
Phone conversation followed by in-person conversation and office tour. They let me know right away that I was hired and started immediately. It was very easy and the recruiter was sharp.
