Very straightforward process, a screening call with HR, then 2 interviews with individuals in the division applied for. More focus was emphasised on your skills, past experiences and why BNY.
Several online interviews were conducted: an initial telephone interview, followed by two back-to-back online sessions, and then a final online round. The process was fairly straightforward, with each stage asking different questions.
