Interview
I was contacting on LinkedIn several times for this position from the BNYM recruiter. I had a phone conversation with her and I advised her that I had another offer in-hand. She fast tracked a meeting with the hiring manager that same day. Within the 3 days she had meetings scheduled with the team and other teams I'd be working with. Therefore, I had a Total of 6 interviews.
A week later I received an offer, did one counter off and accepted the position and I'm really happy I choice BNYM over another start up company.

How do you deal with conflicting priorities between multiple stakeholders?
There was a single interview with the Hiring Manager, his peer, and his Manager. It started with a good technical discussion and then the VP asks an interesting question.

After a good technical discussion, the VP asked this question: "If your great uncle died and left you 1000 plain white coffee mugs, what would you do with them?"
