BMT Defence Services interview questions

Teams interview with two very pleasant ladies. The interview was great - we discussed my skills and experience and how this related to the job spec. Unfortunately I did not accept the role due to the salary and package offered being the same as my current role. If the salary had been higher, I would have accepted the position.

A form filling in personal details followed by places to attach a CV and Cover letter. This was followed by an invite to interview within 3 weeks of submission. For this interview I was required to produce a 10 min presentation about what I can offer the company. I was then interviewed by a senior manager and a current employee in the role. I went through my presentation and then opened to questions. A selection of skills and behaviour based questions were asked. The whole interview probably took around 50 minutes and I was able to ask a decent number of questions at the end about the role and the graduate scheme.
