I got a first interview. It is 6 questions as vedio interview. There is three chance to record your answer. The questions are all ordinary, but they are designed to test your abilities and character.

How did you and your team work on projects or school assignments?
Online assement answering 6 question.
Who are you and why you want to work at BHP was the first one. We got four attempts to answer every question before need to go forwards .
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BHP (Sydney) in Sep 2021
Interview
There is one video interwiew which then leads onto a face to face interview after selection. The gap is approximately 1 month in between with a final offer taking about 2-3 weeks.
