Interview
Interview process was standard, no striking questions. Very welcoming group of interviewers. They asked about my prior difficult situations and how I handled them, when I had to perform a skill outside of my comfort level or suddenly change direction on a project.
Completed a recorded one-way interview with five behavioural questions, allowing preparation time and multiple retakes. Using the STAR technique made responses clear, and the process was simple and easy to use overall.
The process started with an online HireVue interview consisting of several behavioural and scenario-based questions. Each question had a short preparation time followed by a timed recorded response. The questions focused on teamwork, decision-making, safety, and problem solving. The overall process felt structured and aligned with BHP’s values, particularly around safety and collaboration.
The interview is easy. Need to record videos for 6 questions. Mostly behaviour questions. Need a good camera. Be prepared with the normal interview questions. Then if succeed will preceed to the online vedio interview
