Q3 Tell us about a time when you had to make a decision with limited information. Q4: Tell us about a time when you had to effectively work with others to solve a problem. Q5: Give us an example of a time you witnessed a member of your team acting against established work policies or procedures. What actions did you take and what were the results? Q2-Q5 were STAR questions. Then after these, there are two extra questions, one was about shapes where you had to match boxes with similar shapes and the other was a mathematics question where you had to determine which numbers were used to get to the answer.
