Interview
Group activity and five 12 minute interviews with various BHP staff from different departments. The group activity is a case study given and you need to work out what issues are in the case then there is a short presentation about the case and the problems identified. The interviews were all pretty similar from staff from the commercial side to the more technical side.

Online video answers to generic character questions and some logic puzzles. Gives you an Ai generated personality result. The human interview that followed was with the hiring manager and a person in the same role as applied. This was useful to get insights in the role.

Very lengthy process of interview with 2 hr and also it was very hard interms of questions and other atitude questions making it so hard in is kahen aisbe swbe siwbe isbev ejebev jab e shike sje eekns jss c jdnd d
it was fine. i feel like you need to be a particular mould that they want. if you not, chances you wont get in. looking for more technical people in my opinion
