Interview
Phone, then in person panel that included all behavioral questions. The panel was made up of 6 people. All were friendly and professional. I interviewed around 8 AM and had an offer by noon. The negotiation was quick and painless.

Describe situation as that you dealt with difficult person, a project that went sideways and how you handle stress
Very tech savy interview done with pre recorded questions and 3 opportunities to provide a recorded answer. Questions were very broad in nature and not specific to the role applied as it was a screening interview.

Interview
The interview process was pretty simple. some case-based questions. I received an email, then I had a video conference interview. I met only one person for the interview, the hiring manager. After a few months, I received an email telling me that the hiring process was cancelled due to company restructuration.
