I applied online in March. Within a few days I got an invitation for online testing. There are three separate rounds of testing and you must be successful in each before you get an invitation to the next round. I had a phone interview in mid April. 30 minutes only and questions were straight forward.

Chill, very straightforward and the usual questions that look for STAR anwers. Started with a brief description about myself. Then what makes or motivate me to choose this particular job. Overall still very professional but not intimidating.
