Interview and training combined into one.
Assigned smaller groups and asked to set and clear a table. Also tested on pouring wine. They dont expect you to know it all and everything is demonstrated. Smile, be professional and listen and you'll get the job. The Benchmarque staff are very friendly and helpful.

Interview
We spent a morning in their offices getting trained/assessed on waitressing skills. It was a good system, with the added bonus of learning some of the processes. At the end of the day each got a call saying whether we passed or not.
