I had a very disappointing experience with BCE Global Tech’s interview process. I cleared both Round 1 and Round 2 interviews at their office, and on the same day, HR confirmed that I was shortlisted for the 3rd and final round to be scheduled virtually the following week. However, since then, there has been complete silence from their HR team. Despite multiple follow-ups via email and phone calls, there has been no response at all. This shows a lack of professionalism, respect for candidates’ time, and transparency in their hiring process. If this is how they treat candidates during the interview stage, it raises serious concerns about how they might treat employees. I strongly urge the company to improve its communication and candidate experience process.
