Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we are disappointed to hear you feel this way about how your interview went, we assure you that the first round interview is a quick and informal interview to meet candidates put a face to a name before deciding to bring them forward for a second interview, which explains everything. This is why it may have felt like there were no questions asked, but we assure you that we care a lot about our applicants and our team, otherwise we would not spend every minute we have teaching, training and investing in them to help them develop personally and professionally.
The second round interview is an opportunity for candidates to shadow one of our trainers on the job, this day is to give candidates all the information they need, and is totally voluntary, you signed the paperwork stating that this day was unpaid, you will not be participating in any work and you can leave whenever you like. We want candidates to get a clear picture so we invite them to see a 'day in the company'.
We are saddened to see the opinion you have formed of our CEO and our company, but we are a hard-working team who are passionate about growth and success and our clients have a very high demand for our services so we do have to expand our team at a fast rate, this is why we want to interview a variety of candidates.
