There are three interviews: The first interview was superficial. None of my questions were answered. The interviewer kept evading them, and proceeded to gush about how wonderful BC&P is. For the second interview, I was literally told that my questions would be answered AFTER I work with a team for an ENTIRE day: "...It will be a full day assessment and you will spend the day with a manager from 11:30am to approximately 8pm... At the end of the 2nd Interview you will meet one final time with the manager to discuss together if you feel this position and company is a fit for the both you and us. If we decide it is a fit, we can then go ahead and set up a day that suits your schedule to start with BC&P International, Inc." What did they expect me to join? A day of walking around in a neighborhood, knocking on doors, posing as an AT&T employee! No one told me any of this beforehand, although it is quite a simple concept (the "manager" I was with even answered rudely when I did try to ask questions when we were walking to her car; she was a "manager" even though she's worked for BC&P for less than 2 months). Needless to say, I did not stay, nor did I go to the third interview. Absolutely ridiculous. Why in the world should an interviewee give a full day of unpaid work without any of their questions being answered beforehand?!
