STAR techniques were strictly evaluated. Took me about an hour to complete the interview. A total of 6 questions were asked. Questions were given one hour prior to the interview

Interview
All are friendly people. 1/2 and 1/2 of the interviews are either done in 15-20 minutes, or they take an hour+. Normally, they give you up to 15 minutes prior to the interview to formulate answers to the questions they are aksing. Very rarely are they ever the same questions!! 9 times outta 10, behavioral questions are asked. Use the STAR technique and ensure they know you are using the system by indicating so. I have went thru way too many interviews with this organization and have now given up on them.

I can't remember the questions, but I can say that even when I purposefully would state, "OK, the situation was this..." (S=situation in the STAR formula) I STILL managed to not succeed in answering the question precisely the way the particular interviewers wanted.
