The process was pretty smooth. I had three phone interviews with various people. they were fairly casual conversations and they did not ask any crazy out of the box questions
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BBVA (Houston, TX) in Aug 2012
Interview
Interview was nothing out of the ordinary. Interview questions were basic related to background experience and discussed the job responsibilities. Average interview. One on one. I applied online and within a week I received a call from HR for one on one interview. The interview itself was about one hour. Within a week I received a call for job offer.
