Standard screening followed by an hour long assessment that was a complete waste of time. The test felt more like an IQ test than anything else. Thought I did pretty well given that I wasn't expecting the type of questions that were on the assessment. Pay is also lower than market average for the type of qualifications that they require. Don't waste your time with this assessment as they seem to be looking for a perfect score. 20 minutes to answer 40 questions lol.
