Few days after, got an email from the recruiter that she wants to have a phone interview. Spend four-hour preparations and got an email 1 minute before the call that she cannot make it and will reschedule. Followed her up after 1 week and no reply since then ... My image of BAT is like they do not have respect for peoples time and are very unprofessional
